Unsupervised Facility: Pittsburgh Sports Complex LLC is an UNSUPERVISED facility. Entry and participation are entirely at your own risk.

Activities may include, but are not limited to: basketball, volleyball, futsal, soccer, pickleball, training exercises, running, and other recreational uses of the facility space.

Risks include (without limitation):

• Slips, trips, falls, and surface hazards
• Collisions with walls, floors, equipment, or participants
• Equipment malfunction or failure
• Sprains, fractures, concussions, other serious injury
• Illness, including exposure to communicable diseases
• In rare cases, permanent disability or death

By proceeding, you voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks of participating or being present on the premises.

In consideration for being permitted to use the facility, you release and agree not to sue Pittsburgh Sports Complex LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, or assigns (the “Released Parties”) for any and all claims arising from ordinary negligence, including personal injury, death, property damage, and emotional distress.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or cost (including attorney’s fees) arising from your participation or presence, including claims brought by third parties or minors under your care.

Parent/Guardian Consent Required: A parent or legal guardian must agree on behalf of any minor participant and accepts full responsibility for the minor’s participation, including the indemnification obligations in this agreement.

No supervision, coaching, or medical personnel are provided. You are responsible for your own safety, following facility rules, proper use of equipment and space, and ensuring all guests comply with policies.

For safety and security, live and recorded video surveillance may operate. By entering, you consent to such recording and to the use of photos/videos taken on-site for safety and promotional purposes, without compensation.

Any damage to the facility, equipment, or property caused by you, your guests, or minors under your care will result in additional charges. Excessive cleaning due to misuse will also be billed to the responsible party.

You confirm you are fit for physical activity and will not enter if ill or contagious. Follow posted rules and signage at all times.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Venue for any dispute shall be in the courts of Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.
