1. Consent to Facility Rules
By booking and entering PSC, I agree to follow all posted rules and respect the property, staff, and other guests.
2. Code of Conduct
- No harassment, fighting, or unsafe behavior
- Proper sports footwear required (clean, non-marking, closed-toe)
- Keep food/drinks off the court (water in sealed containers allowed)
- No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances
- Return any borrowed equipment to its storage location
- Supervise minors at all times
3. Access & Security
- Entry only during reserved time slot using issued secure access code
- Access codes are unique and must not be shared outside your group
- PSC uses live and recorded surveillance for safety
4. Cleaning & Damage
- Leave the facility in the same condition you found it
- Excessive mess or damage will result in cleaning/repair fees
5. Refunds & Cancellations
All refunds and reschedules are subject to PSC’s Refund & Cancellation Policy available at https://www.pittsburghsportscomplex.com.
6. Governing Law
Pennsylvania law governs this agreement; venue is Westmoreland County, PA.
