1. Purpose of This Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how we handle bookings canceled by the customer (your fault) versus cancellations caused by Pittsburgh Sports Complex LLC (“PSC”) or outside factors (our fault/no-fault).


2. When the Cancellation Is Your Fault

These situations are considered customer fault:

  • You or your group cannot attend for any reason (schedule conflict, illness, transportation issues, etc.)
  • You provided incorrect booking details (wrong date/time) and did not contact PSC within the allowed change window
  • You fail to arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time without notifying us (no-show)
  • You or your group are removed for rule violations

Refunds for Customer Fault:

  • 48+ Hours Before Start Time: 100% refund or credit
  • 24–48 Hours Before Start Time: 50% refund or 75% credit
  • Less Than 24 Hours: No refund; one-time reschedule within 30 days with a $15 rebooking fee if requested at least 2 hours before start time
  • No-Show / Removal for Rule Violation: No refund, no credit

3. When the Cancellation Is Our Fault or No-Fault

These situations are PSC fault or outside our control (no-fault):

  • PSC closes due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or power/utility outage
  • PSC double-books your time slot or has a technical error
  • Facility is unusable due to emergency repairs or damage
  • A PSC-organized event changes in a way that affects your booking

Refunds for Our Fault / No-Fault:

  • You choose full refund to your original payment method or 100% credit toward a future booking within 12 months
  • Credits from PSC fault/no-fault cancellations do not expire early and carry full value

4. How to Request a Refund or Reschedule

  • Email info@pittsburghsportscomplex.com or call (724) 393-0048
  • Provide your booking ID, full name, date/time, and reason for cancellation
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method; please allow up to 7 business days

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Membership fees (if applicable)
  • Merchandise once picked up/delivered
  • Third-party vendor services (e.g., catering, inflatables) unless refundable per vendor terms
  • Access codes/keycards already issued for your booking period

6. Your Responsibility

It is your responsibility to:

  • Confirm all booking details before payment
  • Ensure all participants arrive on time
  • Follow PSC’s posted Code of Conduct & Safety Rules to avoid removal without refund
